  • How do I modify the background?

    If the Background was created using the template PSD, you will need to edit the original PSD file. If the Background was created in the editor, you will be able to edit it directly. See: Site background


  • How do I set up a sub-navigation menu?

    A Navigation widget can be confined to any group of pages in a folder. For more information see How to set up a sub-navigation menu.


  • How do I change the type style

    The Style settings panel allows you to edit global text styles. You can create a new style for your text or modify one of the list.
    Follow the Creating or editing a type style tutorial to learn more about it.


  • I already started my site but now I want to change the theme, how do I do that?

    • Click on the Themes button on top of the editor.
    • Click on top of the new theme to see a preview.
    • Select the theme by clicking on the Select button.

  • How do I edit a form?

    We have several tutorials that could help you while editing your forms. Take a look at How to create a form.


  • What do I need to do to add my first online store?

    Ecommerce is supported for most packages except Demo and Basic. To use our Google Checkout widgets, you will only need a Merchant ID from Google. You can take a look at how this works and to our Google Checkout Widgets here.

    PayPal widgets work the same as the Google Checkout Widgets, but instead of a Merchant ID you will need to add the email for your PayPal account.

    If you do not wish to use Google Checkout or Paypal, you can also use other platforms such as Ecwid or Wazala. You can add them all to your site using the Embed Widget


  • Can I embed flash?

    Yes, you can embed flash using the Embed Widget.


  • Some of my content is missing or incorrectly displayed - What do I do?

    Make sure that

    1. You are using a recent version of a supported browser like Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer 9
    2. You have cleared your cache

  • Can I make a drop-down menu for navigation?

    No. We are working on this feature but we don't have a release date yet.


  • Is the editor accessible from an mobile device such as iPhone or iPad?

    No.


  • Can you provide me a FTP access?

    We do not provide FTP access. Files up to 20Mb in size can be uploaded within the editor.


  • If I upload my professional pictures will they be automatically encrypted against copyright theft?

    We do not provide any watermarking on encryption features. If you are concerned about image theft we recommend you upload images at a small size and at 72dpi.
